There is something special about a toast.  It asks us to pause. To savor. To honor what is worthy of celebration.  And during Women’s History Month, we raise a glass to women.

To the women who came before us with courage and vision. To the women beside us showing up with grace and grit. To the women still becoming—still healing, still building, still learning how to hold both softness and strength at the same time.  The women showing up in boardrooms, kitchens, sanctuaries, classrooms, studios, and quiet corners of ordinary life with extraordinary heart.  We celebrate women not for what they produce, but more importantly for who they are.

A toast to the women learning to rest.
May you know that rest is not weakness. It is wisdom. It is restoration. It is a reminder that you do not have to earn the right to exhale.

A toast to soft strength.
To the women who lead with quiet confidence, who nurture, endure, and carry power without having to harden themselves to prove it.

A toast to the women becoming.
To the ones in transition, in healing, in renewal. May you trust that growth can be beautiful, even when it feels unfamiliar.
